It's almost May. Wow, where did this month go? Today was a really awesome day. Besides the gray, rainy weather - it was a good day in spite of all that. After work, met up with Dawn for dinner. That was really nice - it was great playing catch up with her. Olivia was being really cute with Dawn - on her best behavior. We had to get an inhaler for Olivia and put her on breathing treatments because her wheezing is so bad. Poor thing. It didn't seem to effect her at all - she has lots of energy and was real playfull. I just feel bad for her - it sounds horrible. After dinner, we came home - did the breathing treatment and then I got her to bed. She fell asleep fast.

Wednesday, 29 April

So I started taking this new suppliment - it's suppose to help give me energy... I have to say - It's working pretty well. Last night I took some PM aspirin to help me fall asleep and usually, I'm a groggy mess in the morning but I took the pill and I feel great. Lots of energy. Morning - Good, Afternoon - Good. After work, came home and got to hang out with Kurt before he had to go in to work. Olivia and I ran to the store and the bank. After that, we went to the park. Played on the swings and went on the slide about 20 times. She kept saying "More" after each time she went down the slide. Very cute. After the park, fed her dinner - hot dogs and corn. She loves corn. It was then quiet down time, I read a couple of books to her and then put her down to sleep. She fell asleep pretty quickly. I then folded the laundry and vacuumed downstairs. I watched "America's Next Top Model" - bye Flo.

Tuesday, 28 April

I totally felt like crap - from all the bad food I ate yesterday. Ugh. I really had to push myself to do my cardio. No more Red Lobster... for um a month. It's my favorite but I down like a dozen biscuits. Day started rough, plus Olivia was really clingy with the "I need a hug" - don't get me wrong, it's so cute and I love it, but getting her ready now takes a good half hour as compared to the 20 minutes before. If I don't hug her, she starts crying. Yeah, I know - bad Dad, but I'm on a time clock. So got her ready (she looked really cute, I should have taken a picture). She had on light blue and yellow capri pants, blue matching top, yellow cardigan, yellow headband and socks, and her pink sandle shoes. really cute. Anyway - the day started rough but got through the morning. Work was okay, busy - no complaints. Got a really good shoulder workout in at lunch. After work, got home - got changed and the three of us (Kurt, Olivia and I) headed out. Had to go to the Nutrition store and CVS. We then met up with Mike and Dan for dinner at the Middle Eastern Restaurant. I had a terrific salad, it's my favorite. I think it's called a Fatosh salad. Lettuce, cut up cucumbers, tomatoes, tortilla in a lemon, vinegar and oil dressing. After dinner, watched the Biggest Loser and that's about it. Nice relaxing evening. Olivia did have an allergic breakout during dinner. The waitress loved Olivia and took her by the hand into the kitchen, then came back with Strawberries and Bananas. Not sure what caused the breakout but it went away within a few minutes.

Monday, 27 April

New Week, April is almost over. Wow, this month went by fast. So been sleeping on the Sleep Number bed for a little over a week now and I'm really happy with the purchase. I found my sleep number "55". So been sleeping better and I think I've been a little nicer to be around. I'm still only getting maybe 6 hours of sleep a night but thats more consistent then I have been getting. Got up and did my cardio workout, got showered and dressed - got Miss Olivia up and ready and got her to daycare. It was a short day for her today, she had a doctors appointment at 10:30, so she was only with Jamie for a few hours. Kurt took her in, she did really good. It was with her dermatologist. He said to take Olivia off one of her skin medicines. That's good news. My day - good, busy, no complaints. After work, stopped at CVS for a couple of things then headed home. Kurt had off so we went out to dinner, Red Lobster. My favorite place. Olivia - well, she was pretty good, she is definitely starting her terrible two's early. When she doesn't get her way, she throws a litte tantrum. Oui. After dinner, went to Lowes for a few things, then headed home. We were going to go for a bike ride but the rain started. Ended up just chilling the rest of the evening.

Sunday, 26 April

Sunday. It was another rainy day. Was able to get some stuff done outside inbetween the storms. I got up, had a cup of coffee and got a whole 20 minutes to myself to read. Got Olivia out of bed (she likes to do this new thing - screaming "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaddaaaaaay". It's so like Whitney Houston screaming "Boooobbbbby". Just the right tone. Got her up and changed, fed her some breakfast. She was pretty content then. I had a bunch of things I had to get done - so got her showered and dressed. We then headed out - went to the Dollar Store, Kohls, Old Navy, English Gardens and Krogers. We got home around 11:45 - Kurt had to work at noon, so basically got home and he was heading out the door. Not very happy about that. Olivia and I had a really good day though, worked in the yard, got a bunch of mulch and some flocks from Lowes. Planted the flowers, put down the mulch and raked half of the front yard. Olivia helped me with the raking. I cut the grass too - first time this year. It would rain and then stop, rain then stop... but in between the down pours, we were outside. We had a nice dinner, I made spaghetti squash, it was so good. Served it like spaghetti and Olivia had two servings. After dinner, we went for a walk half way around the block. Olivia did really good. We got home, got her in pajamas and then I read to her for about 20 minutes. She was out cold by then. So - after that, got my stuff ready for Monday and then watched a little tv.

Saturday, 25 April

So today was pretty darn busy. Got up with the dogs, fed them, made some coffee - started to read this book my mom lent me. Within ten minutes of picking up the book, I hear Olivia crying. I was hoping that she would fall back to sleep but no such luck. Got her out of her crib, changed her, gave her some milk and fed her some cereal. She was content for a total of 6 minutes. After that, she wanted to play, me - still trying to drink my first cup of coffee just wanted a little quiet time. So got dressed, got her dressed and we headed out to the park. Swings, slide, monkey bars, jungle gym and then back to the house. We walked to the park - and ran back. Hoping that she would want to relax for a bit - but no, she still wanted to play. So outside, we played ball - I would throw the ball - she would retrieve and laugh. In between ball throwing, I would rake the back yard. It was going great until she got bored and wanted to help me rake. Of course, she wanted my rake - so I got another one from the garage. When she saw that rake, she wanted it. So the game was "Let's see how many times we can switch rakes". That lastest for about 6 minutes, the next game was "Let's break free from the back yard and scare daddy to death". She figured out how to push the gate doors open and run towards the street. So much fun. Yes, I'm being sarcastic. It's still only 9:46. So next game, chase Olivia around the yard until she gets tired. Around 10:00 am, she wanted a snack. So got her a banana and juice - Did I mention that she has learned how to take the lid off the sippy cup - so much fun throwing the juice all over the kitchen. Sticky juice on the floor, the refrigerator, the cabinets, Olivia's clothes. So another bath for Olivia. Got her cleaned and dressed - got Kurt up. Joel and Mike came over around 11:00 and we headed out for breakfast. We went to Nello's. Love that place. We ate, Olivia picked at her food and for the most part colored. We then had the bowling charity event. Met up with Kerrin at the bowling alley - best thing, as soon as we got there, Olivia fell asleep. So for the next 40 minutes, Kurt and I rotated holding her. Had to wake her up so we could bowl. Bad idea... She was actually really good for the first game but then she got cranky and threw a temper tantrum. So I ended up leaving early with her and put her down for a nap. Good thing because I got another migraine. Laid down for a bit. Kurt got home shortly after that. So we relaxed for an hour or so (it stormed during this time) so we couldn't do anything outside. I then got a movie and picked us up some dinner. We tried the KFC grilled Chicken - horrible. Not good at all and watched the movie - Bed Time Stories. It was cute. Kurt had to go to work so Olivia and I basically ran a bunch of errands and then came home. Put her to bed really late, hoping she would sleep in (It didn't work). I played on the computer and watch some TV.

Friday, 24 April

Very happy it's Friday and the weekend is upon us. Looking forward to being outside and working in the yard and relaxing a bit. The day was busy and flew by - it's almost 80 degrees outside. Sunny and hot. Work good, workout good, had a veggie subway sandwich. Very tastey. When I got home, Kurt helped me take out the large pieces of the bunk bed, it was being picked up in the evening. So got that all taken care of and after it got picked up - we had so much more room. Anyway - most of the evening was pretty low key, I stayed in. Took Olivia on a couple of errands and the rest of the evening was spent keeping her occupied.

Thursday, 23 April

Another beautiful day. Sunny and warm. Makes it easy to get up. Whole day was good, busy at work - made it fly by, had a great lunch (Met up with Kurt at Denny's), picked up some stuff at Meijer, finished up my day. Got home and decided to go for a run. Took Mocha with Olivia. It was a nice run, stopped at the park - let Olivia play for a while. We played on the swings and slides - she really likes the slides. After that, came home and I made dinner. No headache today - which was a nice change. After dinner, gave Olivia her bath and then put her to bed. I finished up the guest room, got everything put away and organized. I have a place for my socks now. New Easter picture of Jocelyn. So cute.

Wednesday, 22 April

Started the day fine but as it progressed, my head started killing me. I had a horrible migraine - again. Took aspirin through out the day but it didn't help. Unfortunately, Kurt left for work as soon as I got home. Nothing I could do but do my parenting duties. Thankfully Olivia is such a good little girl, she played and I think she knew I wasn't feeling very well because she kept giving me hugs. Darn weather really effects me. I fed her dinner, gave her a bath and then we read for about 20 minutes until she went to bed. After that, cleaned up a bit, finished the laundry and then I was out.

Tuesday, 21 April

Got up and felt really good. Got a good night sleep - Thanks Sleep Number Bed. So got up, felt really good, back is a little stiff from moving furniture around. So - sold the Loft Bunk Beds we bought - we bought them last year and really did not need them. Very happy they are gone, now - Olivia has her playroom and we have a guest room again. Took the bunk beds apart and moved them - which caused me to hurt my back a little bit. Just a bit tender. The family that bought them are really nice. Anyway - most of my evening was spent cleaning up and putting the bedroom back in order. Ended up having a horrible migraine in the later evening. After putting Olivia to bed, I basically just laid down and covered my head with a pillow. Felt better within a few hours. I'm sure it's allergy related.

Monday, 20 April

A very non-eventful day. Little hard getting up this morning, I took a PM aspirin and now I'm groggy. Did my cardio, still not awake. After 3 cups of coffee and a shower - I finally feel like I have risen from the dead. Got Olivia up and ready, cute thing she is doing now - When I get her up, she tells me "I need a hug" and then gives me a hug. It's very sweet and cute but now getting her ready takes twice as long. In between putting a sock on her, I get a hug, then the other sock, another hug, pants, hug, shirt, hug, doing her hair, hug, brushing her teeth, hug, shoes, hug, jacket, hug. I love it - makes me feel good but now I'm running late to the daycare. So work, eh - okay - no complaints. Workout at lunch was good, trying to increase the weights I'm lifting. After work, came home and found Kurt and Olivia outside. It's beautiful outside. Evening was good, Olivia and I kept busy - lots of reading, lots of playing and lots of sleep.

Sunday, 19 April

Rainy and cold weather....what a surprise to wake up to that. Slept - like crap again. I'm just exhausted and just in dire need of some good sleep. I read for a little bit while drinking coffee. Then started prepping up for when my family comes over. I made pasta salad, cut up vegetables, cut up cheese (with crackers), made a salad, got all the toppings for the hot dogs/hamburgers and chicken. After that, got showered and then got Kurt up. Shon, Tracy, Hudson and Ivy were over around 11:30 and my parents arrived around 12:15. It was a really nice afternoon. We played some wii, some cards, ate lunch and then everyone left. So cleaned up and then hung out with Kurt and Olivia. We had to run a few errands but most of the evening was just spent hanging out together.

Saturday, 18 April

Another beautiful day.... got up early this morning. Dogs were driving me crazy wanting to be fed. Didn't sleep very well, can't wait for the new mattress set to arrive - within the beginning of next week... yeah. So got up, fed the animals then Olivia woke up - so fed her breakfast and got her cleaned up. She slept really well - was very happy. Around 9, picked up her prescription then picked up Mike and Dan. We went to Bordine's Nursery. We stopped at Panera's before hand and got some breakfast. Bordine's was packed, a big expo was going on. Got some pansies, a new flower container and some potting soil. We headed back, dropped the boys off. Got Olivia home and cleaned, packed her bag and we headed out to my parent's house. Olivia was spending the night. Visited for a while then we headed to Target, returned the wrong curtains and got the right ones. The drive home was horrible, 696 was closed - took an hour to get home. Ugh. Once we got home, we spent time outside - I worked on the yard, Kurt had some stuff on the deck to do. I then started cleaning the house for tomorrow. I cleaned up everything - everyroom. Fun stuff. Then went grocery shopping. Came home, made a cheesecake (by myself) then got ready to head over to Mike and Dan's house. It was a little get together for Mike's BDay. I had a lot of fun. Stayed out till about 11:30 or so. Fun night, but I was exhausted - came home and went to bed.

Friday, 17 April

Friday... finally. SO nice outside. Stuck inside - staring out the window.. so depressing. The day ended and it was so nice to enjoy the weather. When I got home, Olivia was outside playing with Kurt - they had the moon walk machine out and were jumping around. Very cute. Got changed and hung out with them for a while before Kurt had to go to work. Olivia and I went to Target then, got some more curtains for the deck. (I got the wrong ones though). After that, came home and played with Olivia for a bit. She was exhausted and fell asleep. Stacey came over and watched Olivia for a few hours. I went out to play pool with Mark, John, Mike, Dan and Kerrin. It was a lot of fun - Mark and I dominated. We won 6 of the 7 games. It was nice hanging out with the guys and seeing everyone. After that, went home - was only out for a few hours. Came home and pretty much went to bed. Not out very late. Had a lot of fun though.

Thursday, 16 April

What a beautiful day... mid 60's. Love it. It's suppose to be even nicer tomorrow and this weekend. Awesome. Work was good, busy - finished up all the web stuff for Bordines Nursery. At lunch, I got a great back workout in. Good cario in the morning too. After work, came home and ended up going for a run with Olivia and Mocha. Kurt had been working on the big koi pond. When I came back from my run, worked on the back yard. Raked for about an hour. Kurt had been cooking and he had dinner all ready. It was delicious. After dinner, Olivia and I hung out and Kurt went to work. It was a nice evening. Cleaned for a bit, played with Olivia and then got her ready for bed. It was a nice night.

Wednesday, 15 April

Happy Tax Day. So glad I had them done early. Weather was a little bit better today, the rain finally stopped and the sun poked it's head out. Still on the cold side but warmer than it has been. 70 degree weather by the end of the week. Busy day at work which was good. Got to hang out with a coworker - Jen. She cracks me up. Good workout in the morning and at lunch. I made Split Pea soup the other day so I've been eating it for lunch the last couple of days... pretty darn good. Home made soup always tastes better. After work, came home - Kurt was working on the deck. It's just about done. He pulled all the rest of the lawn furniture out and cleaned up the garage too. Nice Job Kurt. He had to go to work so he got ready while I cleaned Olivia up. Olivia and I went to Home Depot - we picked up some supplies. Came home, finished cleaning that rug... no more smell... thank gosh. Had a nice evening - we read several books and colored for a while. Olivia fell asleep in my arms - she was tuckered out. I watched a little TV and then went to bed as well.

Tuesday, 14 April

Back to work... it was so difficult getting up this morning. I got up around 1:00 am because the smell of dogs woke me up. I thought I had cleaned up the "Urine Smell" good enough but apparently I hadn't. I do have a really good sense of smell and I can smell stuff other people can't. It woke me up though, so took out the rug in the bedroom and put it outside. I would clean it again in the evening. So not much sleep - forced myself up and did my cardio. Had some coffee and some cereal. Got Olivia up, she was not ready to get up and just wanted me to hold her. Made it difficult to get her ready for school. Finally got her ready and in the car, dropped her off, got to work and started with the gazillion emails I got. Worked on the biggest issues first and by the time I looked up - it was time to go home. Got Olivia and then got home. Kurt picked up dinner for us and we had a really good dinner. We ran some errands after that (it was crappy outside - rained all day). Came home, gave Olivia her bath then got her to bed. She did not go down easy - ended up letting her lay down with us until she fell asleep. We watched The Biggest Loser and then fell asleep.

Monday, 13 April

Got up and took Olivia to daycare. Even though I had the day off, decided to take her in so Kurt and I could go to the movies. So dropped her off and then went to the gym. Got a great workout in - did an hour of cardio and did a really good arm workout. Ran into a friend there that I haven't seen in a while, good seeing Dean. After that, came home and then Kurt/I headed out to lunch and the movies. Picked up lunch at a place in Birmingham... forgot the name. We then saw the movie "Monsters vs. Aliens". It was really cute, really enjoyed it. We then picked up Olivia and came home. Kurt had some errands to run while I played with Olivia and finished up all the laundry. Kurt had to work so he went in - I got everything ready for Tuesday... back to work. Ugh. Olivia and I had a fun night, we played in her new kitchen, (we picked up a bunch of plastic food for her), we went on a walk and she had some Macaroni and cheese for dinner. Gave her a bath and put her to bed. The rest of my evening was spent working on web stuff then hit the hay.

Sunday, 12 April

Got a little more sleep last night but still really tired. Olivia got me up around 6:30. Made some coffee and went for a walk around the complex. After our walk, got back to the room and started packing up. So much stuff - it's not mine or Kurt's... all Olivia. Got everything packed, then got showered and dressed. HAPPY EASTER btw... After getting dressed and getting the car loaded, we all headed to Zenders for brunch. The brunch was so good, the food was excellent. I pigged out, had some biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, quieche, cinnamon roll, Zender's Chicken... everything was wonderful. So good. Really enjoyed that and Olivia ate really good too. She had fun coloring all over the table cloth (bad Olivia). After brunch, we took some pictures and then said our good byes. It was such a nice weekend. Thanks again Mom and Dad.. We really enjoyed that. After the good byes - we headed home. I was really sleepy and slept most of the way home (only 1 1/2 hours so not too bad). We got home, unpacked everything, did some laundry and then relaxed for a bit. Olivia took a nap, we watched a movie and then ran some errands. Thank gosh I have tomorrow off. Oh, wait a mess we came home to... we had the dog watching service watch the animals... but the dogs got out of the bedroom, made messes everywhere, Mocha got into the pond (another mess), ugh. So we spend a lot of time cleaning that up too.

Saturday, 11 April

Olivia had a horrible cough for the most part of the night so didn't get much sleep in. Around 5:00, I ended up getting up with her and we went for a walk around the hotel. We got some more coffee packets from the lobby and ended up taking about an hour walk. Came back to the hotel and sat in the bathroom with the shower on hot - hoping the steam would help with Olivia's cough. It worked a bit. Once she was up, her coughing was more under control. So we read in the bathroom for about an hour with the steam going - it felt like a sauna but felt good. So after that, gave her a bath and got her dressed - we then went to Tim Hortons and I picked up some coffee for us and some Tim Bits for Olivia. After that, everyone went to Bronners. Olivia stayed with Grandpa (since she was up so early and didn't sleep well, she fell asleep right before we were going to leave). We walked around Bronners, got a few oranaments and then came back to the hotel. Olivia was still sleeping. After that, Kurt, Olivia and I went to the pool for a bit. She just loves the water, she jumped in the pool all by herself, she went under water too. After swimming, we decided to get some lunch. Went to Subway. So good. From there, the family met us up at Birch Run. We did some shopping for a bit - ended up taking Olivia back to the room to take another nap. Everyone else went to Tony's for dinner. Olivia was out cold, all the playing, swimming and no sleep took it's toll. I did a crossword and some sudoku's while I waiting for everyone to return. When everyone got back, we all went to the water park. So much fun. Around 10 - got back to the room and pretty much fell asleep - exhausted. So tired.

Friday, 10 April

Got up and had some coffee. Got Olivia up and cleaned, fed her some breakfast then went to the gym. Olivia really liked the day care there. So got a great workout in, hour of cardio and did an arm workout. After that headed home - by then, Kurt was up and ready to go. I had a slight headache so we got the car packed and then headed up to Pronto for some lunch. It was good, but still had the headache. We picked up a few things at the corner store for the weekend. We then drove up to Bordines Nursery, I had to pick up some stuff to do the May Online Magazine. Got back on the road and drove up to Birch Run. We got some great deals there. I got a new Coach Diaper Bag - it was half off, I got Kurt a new wallet from Coach as well. I picked up a few outfits for Olivia at Carters. Great great deals. Really good deals, made me happy. After shopping, we then headed to the hotel which was only a few minutes down the road. We stayed at Zender's Inn hotel. It's so nice, great rooms and they have a water park right inside the hotel. We got unpacked (picture is from the hotel). Olivia fell asleep for a little bit. By the time she got up, everyone else had arrived. We went to the regular pool just for a little bit then came back up to the room to get changed. We then all went to dinner. Mom, Dad, Kurt, Olivia, Scott, Lisa, Paige, Alec, Matt, Heather, Avy, Tahya and myself. It was at the Hotel and it was a buffet - pizza, pasta, salads... very yummy. After dinner, we all went to the Water Park. Had such a blast. So much fun. The water slides were a lot of fun and Olivia had a blast. Around 10, it was time to get out, get Olivia to bed and relax before going to sleep. Put Olivia to bed then hung out with the family for a bit then hit the hay.

Thursday, 9 April

One more day until the long weekend. I'm so looking forward to getting away, relaxing and not having to worry about cooking, cleaning, the house, the dogs/cats, laundry... Just to get away and relax. Today went by slow, I think I was just watching the clock all day - couldn't really focus much on anything. I'm pretty much ready to go tomorrow - everything is packed, all the stuff for the animals are set, got snacks for the road and really looking forward to having some Cheetos/Cookies this weekend (gave it up for Lent). After work, picked up Miss Olivia - the weather was still kind of cold but we went outside for a bit and played. She took her duck for a walk and we ended up at the park for a little bit. We got Olivia a toy kitchenette for Easter so she played with that for a while and then ate some dinner. After dinner, gave her a bath then Stacy came over to watch her. She was already in bed by the time she arrived. Went out with Michael and Dan for a couple of hours and then headed home. It was fun to get out but - really, after a couple of hours, I'm ready to get home.

It was a pretty good day. Back is feeling a little better (I slipped on the snow at work and twisted my back on Monday). I think my neck is a little sore now because I've been over compensating not trying to move my lower back at all so now my neck/upper back is a little tender. I got Olivia's Easter Basket Stuff - some cute outfits, lots of bubble stuff, some books and stuff for the pool. Really looking forward to getting away this weekend. I'm sure Olivia is going to have a fantastic time too. Got everything all set - got a sitter for the dogs, got most things packed already to go. After getting home from work and getting Olivia - we had a fun afternoon/evening. Lots of playing and keeping her occupied. I was able to get a second cardio workout in, that really helped to stretch out my back. Felt a lot better after that. Oh, Olivia did get a time out - she was bad. She bit me pretty hard, so put her on the steps for 5 minutes. She was not happy about that, at first she thought it was a game - she would try taking off but after a while she realized she was in trouble and said sorry. It was very sweet and the tears made me feel bad - so hopefully no more biting.

We just got Olivia's Easter Pictures back and I just love this one. Her big smile, such the little doll. Getting the pictures taken was such a breeze. Olivia loved the big Easter Bunny, she was not afraid at all. After the pictures with the bunny were done, (to get Pictures of Olivia by herself) - we would get her all positioned for the next shot but Olivia would get up and go over to the bunny and hug it. The Easter Bunny couldn't leave the room because the kids outside waiting to get pictures done were afraid of him. Too funny.
So one more week of no cookies and Cheetos/Doritos. It's been rough but I can make it through lent. Work - ah, okay. Busy. We are moving from the first floor to the second - not too excited about that. Right now our group is in a very secluded big office - we are loud and crazy, but when we move upstairs - we have to be quiet again. :(

Thursday, 2 April

It's been a while since I wrote anything - just not feeling like writing these days. Had a fun day with Olivia. We got a chance to play outside for a while. She played in her car for a while, she likes to push it or have me push her while she is in it. Kurt's been working on the new deck/canopy - looks great. I was cleaning up the tools and when she saw the hammer - she started saying "Bang Bang Bang Bang" and pretending to use the hammer. It was really cute. She definitely is a mimic. I worked on putting the tar paper down on the roof for a while. It was fun to get up on the room and do that. We had to run to Home Depot and on the way out I got us both a hot dog. She loved the hot dog - we usually cut it up for her but this time she had the hot dog like it was a pretzel rod. Worked on the roof for a little while longer - luckily Olivia was entertaining herself with the bubble machine. She was having a blast chasing the bubbles around the deck. It was then time to go inside. I gave her a bath and she thought it was so funny to splash me and get me all wet... after that, got her ready for bed and then I cleaned up the house for a while. It started raining during the night and I woke up to a big thunder. After that, had a hard time falling back to sleep. Turned on the TV and watched "Samantha Who" - it was on really late... after Jimmy Kimmel, that was weird. I think it got moved because of the ER finale. It's a cute show, one of my favorites. After that, tried going back to sleep - ended up taking a sleeping pill. I know that's a mistake - I'm going to be so out of it in the morning.
