It's Friday - TGIF! I'm so glad it's the weekend - well almost, it's 3 pm and I have one more hour of work. The day is going good, not fast enough though. Morning was good - did Abs in the morning and then went back to the gym and did Arms. I pushed myself so my arms hurt a little. Had a good lunch, egg salad, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Work has been good so far today - getting a lot done and getting ready to start a new project on Monday. After work, came home - cleaned up some - having a few people over to watch movies and play Guitar Hero 2. Went to the Boot Camp class then got cleaned up, finished cleaning the house and then people starting coming over. It was only Mark, John, Todd, Michael and Dan. It was a nice evening. Stayed up till about midnight or so. Cleaned up and pretty much fell asleep immediately.
