I can't believe it's almost September. This summer has been flying by.... Less than a month until Fall. So got up, actually felt well enough to do cardio so did over an hour of cardio this morning. I had a flat tire and Kurt came out to help me with that. He waited with me at the Tire place. Work was good, flew by and at lunch I got a really good Shoulder workout. Can't wait for tonight, going out to my favorite Middle Eastern Restaurant. Kurt, Michael and I are going. So finished my day, which was good. Got home and fed the animals - we are very lucky how good our animals are. They are all very sweet natured and get along so well - so many animals are afraid of people but all of them love to visit. Anyway, so after that, cut the grass again, edged and trimmed then filled the ponds. The middle one was almost empty - the tall grasses blocked part of the pond and the water poured out, then cleared a bunch of the water plants from the big pond and added water there. The fish were happy about that. Fed them then took out the garbage. After that, Kurt got home - so I finished up everything outside then came in and put the dishes away from the dishwasher. Went to Blockbuster to return some movies and then picked up some creamer at the store. Michael came over and we went to Sahara Desert - it was so good. After dinner - we came back to the house and watched Big Brother. Good episode - Amber is finally gone. I got my stuff ready for Friday and Michael left. Watched a little TV then fell asleep. Fun night... for me at least.
