It's Thursday already - Wow, time is flying by. Got a good cardio this morning then did more abs. Michael and Dan were at the gym too so I had someone to talk to there. Today I have the sprinkler guys coming over to close down the Sprinkler System. Not sure what time but hopefully it's around 4:30 so I don't have to leave the office early. Started watching Nip/Tuck season 4 this morning - it's such a good show. I have it on the iPod - so it makes my workouts go by fast. Work has been good, I'm getting ready to start on a new project - We have a new group going with our reporting tool so I need to help set it up. So work was good, at lunch time did a shoulder workout...it was a killer and I'm paying for it. After that, M & D picked me up for lunch and we went to Rio Bravo... I had an upset stomach so didn't really eat but that was so nice of them to take me out for lunch. Had to leave work a little early because the Sprinkler guys came over to close it down. So fed the animals and then tidied up a bit, took out the trash, cleaned the kitty liter and dog messes then had to go to a doctors appointment. It was a long appointment. Ugh. After that, met up with Kurt at the tanning booth place (I love this place, the beds are 99.9% burn free - it's with purple lights.. I got really tan and no burns). After that, came home - shared some chili with Kurt then showered up and went out to Pronto!. Had a really good time, Kerrin, Jon, Jim, Alan, Michael, Dan were all up there. Ended up staying out till about 11:00 then came home. Past my bedtime.
