This week is flying by. Got to the gym, did my cardio - my hour flew by. Then went to work - work day was good, busy. At lunch time, went back and did more cardio. Felt great after that, but then got a headache during the afternoon. Too much computer screen time. After work, came home and fed the beasts then cut the back yard, took out the trash and cooked some dinner. It was pretty laid back evening, Kurt worked on his project and I cleaned then after that, pretty much watched some TV - Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy. After that, fell asleep. It was a nice evening.
