Got up and felt pretty good, lots of energy - which I needed. Did my cardio for 40 minutes then did Abs. Got to work and another busy day. So much going on, had several meetings so it made the day fly by. At lunch, did a shoulder workout. Michael came up to the gym, we didn't workout together but at least got to say hello. Ate my lunch (Chilli - finished the big batch up). After work, ugh - so much driving. Got home, fed the animals then packed up Olivia's stuff, headed over to my parents house (about 45 minute drive), before getting to their house I stopped at Milano's (men's clothing) I had a gift card for over a year so wanted to use it and got a beautiful cashmere sweater. Went to parents, had dinner there - got to see Mom, Dad, Shon, Tracy, Hudson and Ivy. I had a really nice time. Then had to drive Olivia back to her foster parents, then go home and change cars then headed to the airport. I was on the road for about 3 1/2 hours today.
