Slept pretty good last night, watched Heroes and then went to bed.... So got up this morning and got Olivia fed and dressed, got ready a little early so went to Tim Horton's for a coffee. Gym was good, did an arm workout before work and a chest workout at lunch. Finished my day and headed home. Olivia was quite the character today, something new that she is doing - Making funny loud noises and then laughing. It cracks her up.... she has been saying "thank you" a lot too, very glad it's that and not something like "mine" or "no". I had to get some green beans for the dogs - yes weird, but the vet says to feed the dogs have dog food and half green beans to help them loose weight. Mocha went from 91 lbs. to 63 lbs. - she looks much better. Much more active too. We started Riley on it a few months ago and he has lost 10 lbs. so far. They love it too... So got that then came home - I didn't get a chance to run today so I got on the tred mill and ran for 1/2 hour. Olivia was playing and having a snack. I had her in her high chair and she was very content. After that, I showered and then got dressed and we headed out to pick up Michael to go to dinner. We ate at Pronto, little disappointed - The Special "Harvest Salad" was not at good as it sounded. So ate dinner then dropped off Michael. Came home, got Olivia ready for bed - read to her then put her down for the night. I then watched a little TV before falling asleep.
