OLIVIA is all better!!!!!! Back to big smiles and lots of energy. It's such a relief that she is feeling better. It's been exactly a week now that she has been sick I really missed her smiles and laughter. Sounds corny but it's true. It's been sweet how clingy she was but after a while, it was a bit much. So now Miss Independent wants to run around and play. No napping required. Got up and did the animal thing (fed them, gave them more water, let them back in) then made some coffee. Olivia was up very early this morning, she wanted out of bed and wanted to play. Got her up, fed her - 3 pieces of toast, two glasses of juice and some yogurt. She was starving - finally her appetite is back. I watched a movie was reading one book after the other (watched Rachel gets married). Really good movie. Anne Hathaway was really good. In the movie, the wedding is very Bohemian - and I really liked how they decorated for it. It gave me some ideas how to decorate our outside backyard this Summer. After that movie, got Olivia dressed and we played outside for a bit. I raked for a while, Olivia played on her car. She is getting really good at steering it. Oh - she now wants to wear her Easter Hat from last year all the time. It's Green with little flowers on it - she found it in her closet and refuses to go anywhere without it. It's pretty cute seeing her walk around with it. After getting her dressed, Kurt was up and we decided to grab some lunch and run to a couple of stores. Stopped for lunch, it was good - I ate like a pig then went to English Gardens, Home Depot, Old Navy, Meijer and Michaels. Picked up some coffee and Fruit Snacks from Meijer, a new dress and bathing suit for Olivia at Old Navy, some house stuff at Home Depot and flowers from English Gardens. Nothing form Michaels. Got home, I worked outside while Kurt worked on some inside projects. We then chilled out while watching "The Changeling" with Angelina Jolie... another good movie. Kurt went to work, I took Olivia out for some ice cream at Baskin Robins. The rest of the night - Olivia and I hung out and played. She is such a good little girl. It was a pretty awesome weekend.
