Got up and felt pretty good again, did another hour of cardio at the gym. Watched a good movie - called "Flannel Pajamas" it was really good, sad but good. It was all about a relationship - from meeting, getting to know each other, falling in love, getting married, the arguments, resentment, falling out of love and then ending with divorce. It's sad but it happens. So went to work and it was another good day, had a lot to do so it flew by. At lunch, did an arm workout - my shoulders are still sore so doing arms was tough but got through it. Finished my day at work and headed home. Came home and fed the animals, did some more laundry and cleaned up the office. We had dinner plans with Michael and Dan, we went to their house and then drove to Lake Orion. Had dinner at Ruby Tuesday then went to an old fashioned ice cream parlor. It was on a dairy farm with lots of cows. The area was beautiful - huge houses and they were prices so reasonably. Made me want to move to the country. So had some ice cream then came home. One of the dogs got sick, so cleaned up that then went to bed. I couldn't fall asleep, too much caffeine at dinner. So stayed up most of the nights, I had both dogs on the bed with me - they were cute. Riley laid on my pillow and Mocha laid on Riley.
